Seated Britannia in white gold pavé set with single cut diamonds, holding in a right hand an olive branch in yellow gold set with green enamel and in her left a trident resting against her shoulder and shield emblazoned with the Union Jack, the whole over the Roman numeral IX, for 9th Regiment Foot, over the title scroll in gold and blue enamel. surmounting the regimental title scroll also in yellow gold and blue enamel.
