A beautiful row of cultured (Akoya) pearls with a Victorian diamond clasp.
The pearls are strung with a Victorian clasp comprising an old cut diamond in a cut down silver and gold setting typical of the era.
The clasp has a tounge fitting with integral thumb piece and a figure 8 safety catch which folds over the side of the clas acting as a safety device.
The pearls are an ivory colour and have a beautiful lustre.
