Of Empire style with flared rims & gilded scroll handles and sqaure bases, cobalt blue ground with reserved panels of brightly painted flowers on a pale yellow ground.

Full red script makers marks:

London House, 1 Coventry Street and with impressed mark of crown & FBB.
