A Louis XVI Style Gilt-Bronze Mounted Low Table With A Veined Rouge Marble Top.
The table has an inset rectangular veined rouge marble top above a foliate mounted frieze centred by a tablet embellished with acanthus, recumbent capra and an Apollo mask. The table is raised on four square section tapering legs with gilt-bronze ribbon tied trophy mounts and stiff leaf cast sabots.
