Lemania Fleet Air Arm chronograph.
Highly collectable Pilot's watch issued to Royal Air Force personnel from 1950 to 1955. Made in steel by the Swiss company Lemania to exacting Ministry of Defence specifications, the watch has a manual wind chronograph movement, allowing for second and minute recording. The dial is in excellent original condition, and the screw-down back is engraved with the relevant MOD codes and used, for instance, by Navy Pilots on the Aircraft carrier Ark Royal.
