Vintage Patek Philippe Calatrava in massive 18k gold case. The highly attractive fluted lugs give the watch a striking but beautifully balanced appearance. The design is as timeless and classical today as it was in 1949 when this model was first introduced to the market. The silver-white dial with applied raised gold hour markers has a subsidiary dial at 6 o’clock for the small seconds. Manual wind movement.
The watch was made in 1954 and comes with an Extract from the Archives of Patek Philippe confirming the date of manufacture and sale in February 1955.
It is fitted with a generic crocodile strap in matt grey. The watch (case, dial, hands and movement) has been completely overhauled and restored by a highly qualified watchmaker and has a one-year warranty.
