Later Regency period mahogany Drum Table.

A highly unusual Regency Drum Table. Constructed from pommele mahogany and ebony. The table stands on a tripod base with reeded, panelled and carved splay legs that terminate in decorative box castors. The shaped column supports the revolving top which has four mahogany lined drawers and four dummy drawers, all of which are ebony cock- beaded. The top itself is of butterfly matched pommele mahogany with a banded edge. In very good condition throughout.
