Art Deco crocodile skin covered travelling barometer and thermometer made by Jaeger-Le Coultre, with ingenious folding design, circa 1920-1930.
This example is marked Jaeger but was most likely made by the Swiss watchmaking company LeCoultre for Edmond Jaeger, Parisian watchmaker.
A serial number is embossed on the crocodile case, the thermometer and barometer appear to be in working order but due to the nature of barometers we cannot guarantee it will forecast the weather!
