Rare modernist mid century steel-framed low table composed of ceramic tiles of animals by Jacques Blin.
Jacques Blin, born in France in 1920 originally trained in engineering diploma. In 1954, choosing to follow his passion, he founded his own ceramic workshop. The same year, he exhibited his creations during shows at the Maison de la Chimie (a place dedicated to chemistry). He was committed to defending art of ceramics, he became vice-president of the international academy of ceramics in Geneva. He was also president at the Chambre Syndicale of ceramists.
