The mahogany console, with the original white marble rectangular top, is raised on the front corners on a large acanthus leaf scroll supported on the backs of recumbent lions, their heads raised. The back has rectangular flat supports.
Below is a flat open-backed scroll-fronted shelf. The console is raised in the front on tapered square-form acanthus leaf feet.
