9 carat white gold sun in splendour with diamond set rays emanating from a dark red enamel centre superimposed with a sword, the hilt in yellow gold set with enamel, the blade of white gold point uppermost, through a white gold diamond set crown, as per the armorial crest of the Imperial Society of Knights Bachelor. Maker’s mark of Garrard & Co. Ltd, Regent Street, London.
