A very good well made hallmarked sterling silver cow cream jug (creamer) made in London in 1968 by Richard Comyns. This cream jug which is in excellent condition is of traditional form and is beautifully hand chased. The cow creamer which dates back to the mid Eighteenth century was made famous by P G Wodehouse in his book Jeeves and Wooster.
