Georgian Pearl and Diamond Pansy Ring circa 1810.

A fabulous Georgian pearl 'pansy' ring.

This elegant ring with 5 natural pearls arranged in a 'pansy' shape around a central diamond, has intricate acanthus leaf detailing to the shoulders onto a plain shank at the back.

The ring has its original locket back to the reverse of the head and is in fabulous condition.

This ring, in common with the vast majority of Georgian pieces is a dress ring and will not take 'heavy' wear being over 200 years old. Rings of this age and in this wonderful condition are increasingly hard to find.

Era: Georgian, 1714 - 1837.

Measurements: The ring measures 9.5mm in width.

Ring Size: M (UK) 6.5 (US) 53 (EUR) This ring can be resized slightly by our goldsmith but with limitations due to the design.

Hallmarks: Unmarked - tests as over 18ct gold.
