A good quality fully hallmarked early 20th century 9 cart gold telescopic Propelling Pencil, housed within a tubular detachable sheath, with attached stirrup loop and suspension ring, the telescopic pencil with reeded barrel and ball finial. Engraved with owners initials - 'K.A.' and dated June 6th 1913.
