A very fine quality regency period silver teapot made by the famous partnership of Robert and Samuel Hennell of London in 1810. The teapot stands on a oblong collet foot and has a lobed body with a fabulous egg and dart and scroll shell border. It still retains its original handle and ivory finial. The original owners initials are engraved under the spout and it is of fine weight and in top class condition.

This object incorporates old ivory and has been registered with Defra
