A very fine George III shaped bead pattern salver made in London in 1774 by John Carter of London. The centre is beautifully engraved with the neoclassical armorial of James Medlicott of the Dunmurry Estate (County Kildare, Ireland) who married Jane Wood in 1775. The salver stands on four ball and claw feet and is in superb condition with a lovely weight and patina.
