A George III satinwood secretaire bookcase.

A fine George III satinwood and rosewood crossbanded secretaire bookcase, the arched cornice with a band of chequered ornament and boxwood stringing above Gothic pattern glazed doors resting on two drawers, above a fall-front secretaire drawer fitted with a combination of seven cedar-lined drawers with turned ivory pulls and pigeon holes, with three further drawers below retaining the original oval gilt decorated handles and standing on elegant splayed feet joined by shaped aprons.
