Fox hunting tumbler circa 1800.
Tumbler engraved Tom Noel Fox Hunter and on the base Tally, O with a running fox.
Height: 9.2 cm (3.6 in).
The base engraved in reverse to enable it to be read when emptying the glass.
Tom Noel is recorded as being the first Master of the Cottesmore Hunt 1732 - 1788.
Condition: Very good with no chips, cracks or restoration.
