About

Marris Antiques

Robert Marris specialises in 18th, 19th and early 20th-century English and Irish glass. He has exhibited at fairs throughout England and Ireland since 1986. Marris Antiques was formed in 1989 by Robert, together with his wife Éilis Marris, although Éilis no longer takes an active part in the business.

Robert's stock includes drinking glasses, rummers, tumblers, decanters, coloured glass and a selection of late 19th & early 20th century Whitefriars glass.

The company is committed to maintaining a reputation of professionalism by providing quality glass and associated services to their customers. Robert Marris has served on several fair vetting committees. These include Antiques for Everyone and the Summer and Winter Olympia Art & Antiques Fairs.

Marris Antiques continues to trade at quality antique fairs throughout the country. A selection of glass is also on display at the The Long Melford Antiques Centre in the pretty Suffolk town of Long Melford. The selection includes a wide range of wine glasses, rummers, decanters and collectable glass.

They currently exhibit at the National Glass Fair, and the Art & Antiques For Everyone Summer Fair. Both of which are held in Birmingham.

Robert has been a member of the British Antique Dealers' Association since 2010.
