A superb set of eight walnut cabriole leg dining chairs in the original leather upholstery. English circa 1910-1920.
Generously sized and designed in the George II style, having a raised shaped and waisted back over a stuff-over seat with individual brass stud work, the carvers of slightly larger proportions having scrolled and carved shepherds crook arm.
Raised on hipped cabriole front legs with carved shell to the knee and stylised feet and cabriole legs to the rear retaining their original leather upholstery.
Offered in excellent condition having had the leather nourished and waxed these well proportioned and comfortable dining chairs will make a fine addition to any dining room. A fine set of dining chairs of good colour and a rare model being fully upholstered
