A fine quality early 18th century, Queen Anne seaweed marquetry chest of two short and three long graduated drawers, the geometrically inlaid top with ribbons, flower-heads and foliage and elaborate moulded edge. The drawers with conforming geometrically inlaid panels with further moulded edge below. Standing on bun feet which are copies of the original, fitted through the same holes.
The handles are authentic replacement brass pear-drops.
