The diamond and step cut base supporting an ormolu twin branch of dragon form this surmounted by richly cut drop hung drip pans and candle nozzles the candelabra centered by drop hung drip pan and diamond cut acorn finial, the candelabra hung with triangularly pin made in icicle drops and eight sided spangles.
