The square ormolu base raised on mythological winged feet, decorated with floral rosettes and scrolling oak leaf socle, supporting bronzed tassels and sprays terminating in birds mofits hung with capped icicles in-beak, the central foliated mount with ball bead decoration issuing engraved storm shade of bullet form decorated with scrolling leaves.
