Fine George III period rolled paper tea caddy of hexagonal form, in remarkably fine condition. Glazed panels with three engravings surrounded by an elaborate frame of gilded cut and rolled paper. The framing of the decoration is sparkly mica granules all within a sycamore fine black and white banding throughout. Interior with its original fitted lid; the handles are original and silver. An exceptional example. Circa 1790.
