A rare Edwardian antique silver and mother of Pearl fish and fruit /dessert service for 12 made in Birmingham in 1906 by Elkington and Company of Birmingham (one piece 1908 William Hutton.The service comprises 12 Fish Knives,12 Fish Forks,12 Fruit/Dessert Knives,12 Fruit/Dessert Forks and a pair of Fish Servers .They are all fitted into their original Elkington oak box complete with key.(Brass plate to top missing).The condition is excellent.The knives and forks and servers are beautifully hand engraved to one side and plain to the other.(50 pieces).The service has four trays inside the velvet lined box and the fish servers fitted to the lid.The service was made my Elkington in Birmingham and retailed at their Newcastle upon Tyne premises.
