Edwardian Sapphire and Diamond 5 Stone Ring circa 1910.
A classic Edwardian sapphire and diamond 5 stone ring.
This lovely ring has 3 old cut sapphires and 2 old cut diamonds claw set in a gently graduated handmade mount with a slightly larger sapphire to the centre.
The sapphires are a lovely soft blue in colour, complemented by the white of the old cut diamonds.
This elegant ring has scrollwork shoulders onto a tapered plain shank typical of the era.
The ring is low set to the hand and perfect for everday wear. It would make a beautiful engagement ring.
Era: Edwardian, 1901 - 1920.
Measurements: Total sapphire weight estimated .45 carats.
Total old cut diamond weight estimated 0.20 carats.
