Edward Smith was a watercolour painter who lived at Seacombe, Cheshire. He exhibited mostly in the Liverpool area between 1904 and 1923.
"The Cottage Garden" is a charming watercolour measuring 7"x 10". It is signed lower left and is framed in a hand finished frame giving an overall size of 13"x 17".
