A fine early Victorian vinaigrette made in Birmingham in 1838 by Nathaniel Mills.The vinaigrette has finely turned decoration with a cast floral thumbpiece.The vinaigrette has traces of gilt on the outside and has an unengraved gold rectangular cartouche to the front.The interior is nicely gilt and has a pretty floral pierced grille.The box is in good condition throughout and by a fine maker.
