Finely decorated and extremely elegant Japanese Imari Jar dating circa 1700.

Interesting dark blue background with overglaze gilt decoration perfect condition.

An Identical example at The British Museum, London and in Palazzo Spinola, Genova.

Lamped for UK with a handmade giltwood base and solid brass fitting; It can be converted for EU or US use.

Lampshade is not included.
