"The Pheasant Shoot" watercolour
Charles H. Whymper (1853-1941) was a British painter and illustrator. He was born in London and exhibited at the Royal Academy, Royal Society of British Artists, Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours, the New Gallery, and the Fine Art Society, London. This fine watercolour by Whymper measures 7"x 10" and is signed lower right. It is mounted and framed giving an overall size of 14"x 18".
