A late Seventeenth Century Charles II period oak and walnut veneered chest of drawers. The chest is made in two sections with each section have a shallow drawer and a deep drawer below; the geometric front decorated with beaded walnut mouldings and applied oak mouldings. The chest has acquired a wonderful colour and patination over the centuries and the drawers retain their original Baroque handles and escutcheons.
