A Blue Glaze Lamp.
China, 19th century.
A very fine late 19th century Chinese deep mottled blue glaze baluster vase with flared neck, decorated throughout with rubbed gilt decoration and Chinese inscriptions. Now mounted as a lamp with a hand gilded turned base.
Height of vase: 17 1/4 in (44 cm) including gilt bronze mounts, excluding electrical fitment and lampshade.
All of our lamps can be wired for use worldwide. A selection of card, linen or silk lampshades can be supplied on request.
