Arts and Crafts Peacock Brooch Attributed to William Thomas Blackband.
Silver Enamel.

This little Peacock brooch is probably a protective amulet against the Evil Eye, a Nazar. The whimsical enamel Peacock is surrounded by Celtic silver whorls typical of W.T.Blackband.
