A fine and rare Antique Silver Wine Jug with bead border and two plaques showing Greek figures.A charming wine jug echoing the 1870s fashion for items of a classical nature. Each of the plaques of this fine and unusual wine jug are hallmarked as they would have been handmade and applied to the piece in Stephen Smiths workshops.The jug is hallmarked on the neck and on both applied plaques.
