This very grand George III silver meat dish made by Robert Sharp of London in 1802 is of oval form with a plain sunken oval central well which is unembellished. The border is engraved with the crest of Viscount Newark. A lovely meat dish of very large size by an important maker.(For biography of Viscount Newark see below )
