Antique sealed cylinder wine bottle circa 1860s.
Dimensions:
Width: 7.5 cm (3 in).
Height: 28 cm (11 in).
Olive green cylinder three part moulded bottle with ‘ladies leg’ neck, string ring and the base with kick and central pimple.
The seal dated 1825 surmounted by a Maltese cross within a beaded border.
Note: The date 1825 probably confirms a vintage of cognac rather than wine, the date referring to the year of the vintage.
Condition: Very good with no chips or cracks.
