This antique Hamadan rug, woven in north Persia around circa 1900-1910 is in exceptional condition all over and uses a large scale floral design. The variety and depth of colour is fantastic! The subtle changes in the rust reds to faded pink tones add a lot of charm and interest. With bright vibrant natural dyes from the early 20th Century, we love the scale of the pattern and the flowing vine floral border.
