A rare early Britannia standard silver (.958 pure) Queen Anne mug made in London in 1704 by Charles Overing. This rare mug has the typical fluting of the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries and has a plain cast handle. It has a capacity of just less than a pint (approximately 520 ml).
