Andrew Watson Turnbull (1874-1957) was an English painter, etcher and stained glass artist, mainly active in London. Between 1897 and 1902 he studied at the Royal Academy, where he later exhibited his work. Turnbull often collaborated with his friend, the Scottish architect Sir Matthew Montgomerie Ochterlony (1880-1946), on the design and creation of stained glass windows and interior furnishings for churches. Their work can be seen in St Mark's Episcopal Church and St Cuthbert's Episcopal Church, Edinburgh; and St Peter's Episcopal Church and Rectory, Angus.

"University College London" is an etching measuring 10"x 15". It is signed lower right and is mounted giving an overall size of  16"x 20". It is unframed.
