A VERY ATTRACTIVE MID 17TH CENTURY SOUTH GERMAN CARVED AND GILDED HANGING ALTAR. DATED 1656.
THE WHOLE CARVED WITH SCROLLS AND SPIRAL COLUMNS WITH FINIALS TO THE TOP, THE ARCHED CENTRAL SHELF ABOVE A PLAQUE BEARING THE INSCRIPTION IN GERMAN AND LATIN.
