12 Pairs of Chantilly Pattern Sterling Silver Fish Knives and Forks.
A good matched set of 12 Fish knives and 12 Fish forks in the Chantilly pattern all by Henry Birks and Sons of Montreal Canada. There are six pairs all made around 1905 with the initial C to the end and there are six pairs virtually identical (slightly different engraving to the blade and fork)made circa 1920 to match. The handles are sterling silver (.925) purity and the blades are silver plate. The Chantilly pattern was first made in 1895 and is the silver pattern that was used by George Bush on Airforce One.
