Early 19th century Vue d'Optique of Westminster Abbey with neighboring St. Margaret’s Church.

The view of the abbey and charming foreground scene as it was at the time of the old Palace of Westminster, before the fire of 1834 and the building of Barry and Pugin’s new Palace of Westminster, began in 1840.
