A very rare George III Twisted Stem Marrow Scoop made in Edinburgh circa 1790 by William Robertson.

The Marrow Scoop has a very unusual long slender form. The central section, unusually, has a twisted section which is a rare characteristic of Scottish flatware design. The Scoop is of a very good gauge and is marked on the reverse.
