Van Cleef & Arpels Iconic 18ct Gold Capricorn Pendant From The Zodiac Collection.

An 18ct gold Zodiac pendant by Georges Lenfant for Van Cleef & Arpels, circa 1960s, the round disc shaped pendant for the 10th sign Capricorn designed as an ancient coin, the front with a raised image of a standing goat facing left and the reverse with the dates for this sign in Roman numerals XXI XII and XX I for 21st December and 20th January with the zodiac symbol in between. The pendant has a lovely patina and is suspended from an integral drop shaped pendant loop.  These zodiac pendants are hugely popular and originals like this from the 1960s and 70s are highly sought after.  Easy to wear either long or short or to layer with other pendants to personalise your look, we don’t expect this piece to hang around for long!
