Unusual mid-nineteenth century ebony, ebonised and bone mounted chess table. The top with pen and ink drawings of Wentworth Woodhouse. Signed and dated M. Tomlinson 1841. 

The West Front of the house, The Rockingham Monument and Well Gate are depicted, along with the monograms ‘W’ and ‘F’ for Wentworth Fitzwilliam.
