Sultanabad carpet

This contemporary Sultanabad carpets design is really beautifully drawn, with faded dyes that could be mistaken from an antique carpet.  Classical ancient designs have been used from antique Ziegler carpets that were originally woven in Sultanabad. This contemporary carpet has a modern feel, the natural dyes of pale blues, teal blues, sage greens, faded rust orange tones.  Beautiful to place in an existing room or design a room around by selecting fabrics to sit harmoniously, so many glorious colours to work with.
