A good Regency mahogany bracket clock with rare white enamel dial. Circa 1800

Dial

The round white enamel convex dial with Roman hour numerals and Arabic minutes. Blued steel hands.

Case

The flame figured mahogany case with brass bound raised pad to the break arch and brass carrying handle, brass framed full opening front door with fluted brass corners, pierced and engraved brass frets to the front and side apertures, standing on brass ball feet.

Movement

The eight day double fusee movement with anchor escapement and striking the hours on a bell. The backplate with engraved border and signed Smith London.
