A Regency mahogany library reading chair, of rectangular form with slatted back and sides, with two deep buttoned cushions and padded elbow rests re-upholstered in distressed black leather, all four legs square in section, the front pair and seat rail with a incised panels, the back pair outswept, the original detachable book rest with an adjustable slope and brass arm.
