A rare George III Wine Label made in London circa 1780 by James Hyde.
This pretty wine label is modelled in the crescent form with a beaded border.
This example is unusual as it has been engraved upside down with the title of CLARET.
The label is in excelllent condition and is very well marked on the reverse with the maker's mark.
