A rare late nineteenth century silver plated hot chocolate pot in the form of an owl, with the original glass eyes and brown wicker handle. Stamped to the base with makers mark: Crestwick & Co, Sheffield c. 1880. Made for the retailers HJ LINTON, 30 rue Feydeau, Paris.
